Refund and Return Policy
Eligibility: Unopened products in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Damaged Products: If any bottles are broken or leaking, please report the issue on the same day of delivery to receive a replacement or refund.
Important Note: Opened products are non-returnable.
Proof of Purchase: Please keep your order number to facilitate the return or exchange process.
Notice: Perfumes may be temporarily affected by temperature changes during shipping. We recommend leaving the perfume in a cool place for 2–3 days before evaluation.
